We are a Tech Start-Up company with bases in the UK/Sweden. We are building a software solution that records timesheet entries. Currently we are at beta stage and due to a re-organisation; we need a developer to help re-build parts of the solution. • Our collective priority is to complete the UI (front-end); our team is building this. The next step is to demo to clients and investors; our aim is to raise more capital. We expect the timeline will be 3 to 6 months. • We would like to award the project to a developer who is flexible and willing to work with us on this journey. The developer will work a few hours with us, which is roughly 2-3 hours a week or between 32-48 hours spread over the initial 3/4 month period until we secure additional funding. The developer will then secure remuneration as soon as we reach that milestone, based on a level already agreed. If you are keen to proceed on this basis, please let us know so we can obtain more details about you and discuss it further. ABOUT YOU • Excellent understanding of IT landscape with an ability to communicate solutions at an appropriate level, transferring understanding to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Can demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively; THINKING BEYOND requirements and making suggestions on how to improve the solution but without over engineering. • Work on own initiative and under pressure with a strong ability to prioritise. TECHNICAL SKILLS 1. ANDROID DEVELOPERS, for the Android application, language: a. Java 2. WEB DEVELOPERS, for the license and content management systems, language a. SQL* b. Amazon Web Services - AWS - (with related tool skills) c. CSS d. Java/Script. e. Spring f. HTML g. Linux h. Red Hat JBoss 3. SYSTEM DEVELOPERS, for the Office extension, language: a. .NET (our Outlook add-on is written in .NET but C# will also do the job)
