Flutter Web : Integrate image upload and image crop functionality for web -- 3

Hey, I am looking for a freelancer who is able to help me with an image upload and image crop feature for a project i am currently working on. I researched a lot already and it seems that there is no libraries to do so (for Android and iOS there are, but NOT for web) , thus I am in need for someone how will be able to write a library for that or who can make one of the many JS libraries work. Please describe briefly what kinds of approaches come to your mind - feel free to be creative! :) I am currently working on an MVP and looking and might have more gigs up coming up on this one. Ideally, the developer has already published some libraries in dart and extensive knowledge with the Flutter framework. I am happy to do hourly projects with the right one. You will be working with Git, thus briefly let me know what your experience is with that as well. This project is for me just an initial project to find a talented developer who can assist me long term on this project.
