Develop an Android VPN app which works on the selectable application(ex: only chrome & youtube App) and the protocol of VPN is HTTPS Proxy. We have an HTTPS proxy server and need one button VPN app that connects to this proxy server. the Host, Port, and Proxy-Authorization should be configurable in the menu.
