would you please give me a quotation to a market place website and related mobile app. (in English and Arabic language) that accessible to everyone to browse or download with the following features:
1- A membership account is required to use the services.
2- 4 level of membership accounts (ordinary, silver, gold and diamond).
3- Website site with a back office management system.
4- 3 types of accounts main company account (where the company can buy and sell, etc.), agent account and the membership customer account (4 levels).
5- GPS connection (or any connection) enables seeing the logging account holder on the maps of the main back office management system, mobile app and his website account, with the option account holder can hide visibility (reasonable radius of visibility) from some accounts or from all accounts.
6- Provides payments from an account to another and into the account via pre topped up cards, bank cards, PayPal, etc.
7- An account enables the account holder to use the market place to advertise or post for hiring, letting, buying, selling, announcing, etc, and buyer and seller can arrange to meet each other to finalize the deal as per connection in clause no. 5 above.
8- Easy switching from English to Arabic and vice versa.
9- Large website storage capacity to handle thousands of accounts.
10- High security to keep data safe from hacking.
11- Domain name is to be transferred to you from anther domain hosting website.
12- The completed and tested website and the mobile app. Will be owned and managed by us or by a contract with the developer or any other third party the choice is for us.
13- The website and mobile app. should be opened to more developing and improving by the developer or any other third party when ever needed.
14- The technical things that not being mentioned here should be addressed and mentioned by the bidder and included in the quotation.
