Build me an ecommerce android application.

The ecommerce app will be a grocery and medicine delivery app. The orders will be uploaded as a list containing the items required. No inventory management and maps are required in the starting. The approx number of orders in a day will be 250. Some tabs containing various categories like Flour, Rice, Pulses etc should be present for ordering and rest all the items will be entered by the customer in the app itself. The customer should also have the facility of uploading a picture containing the list of various items which are required.
