Build an ANTI PORN ANTI TERRORIST Android APP for play store.

i need an experienced android developer to develop an APP for the ANDROID devices, that will do the following:, The app should be similar to the following: Porn Blocker Web Browser in more than 30 languages Our system detects porn website and protect the users against them. We have a keywords detector + a server that monitor in real time the traffic to avoid blocking someone on a "NOT porn" website. The developer would need to put a small banner at the footer. The software would need to block any porn websites, and display an advertising banner on the blockage page. BASICALLY THE WEBSITE WOULD BLOCK ANYBODY WITH PORN KEYWORDS ON GOOGLE OR WHEN ENTERED DIRECTLY, also the SERVER API WOULD MAKE SURE NOT TO BLOCK ANYBODY WHO IS NOT PORN.
