Parallel Model of GPGPU (CUDA) for Two hybrid exact string matching algorithms

I have two hybrid exact string matching algorithms. I need them to be paralleled using GPGPU (CUDA). The algorithms are ready which needed to be executed in this models by Window and Linux. The requirements are first designing the model with explanations and second implementation in large and small databases (200 MB and 1 GB).
