I have a form I am trying to create with JS and data that is fetched via ajax from a php mysql database...
The from you are creating will look similar and work like this form..
The top section will be for the number of guests...
This information will be pulled via ajax from a php mysql query, querying the database first will return JSON results title, description like (adult, age 13+; child, 4 -12) OR (adults ONLY, age 13+;) OR (adult, age 13+; child, 4 -12; seniors, 65+)show form field(s) as required...
The pricing like in the [login to view URL] is not needed..
only display title(like adult, child), & the description(like Age 13+), & The a similar select counter 1 - 50 people each counter..
The calendar I like you to use is: [login to view URL]
Pricing by the dates in the [login to view URL] example is NOT needed
On my calendar I do not need the colored squares by the dates and I do not need the color legend at the bottom of my final calendar .
When a date is clicked ajax query my php mysql DB to get the events the query will return JSON results Time, remaining spots, & price(s) (18:30, 32, 35.00, 29.00, 27.00; 20:30, 32, 35.00, 29.00, 27.00) if the settings for guests has for example (adult, age 13+; child, 4 -12; seniors, 65+) you will get 3 prices back for each event from my sql query...
in the event box you will display each event time with a radio button.. like:
6:30 PM
32 seat remaining
Adults $35.00
Child $29.00
Senior $27.00
Have a Submit "add to cart" button and a field to show the total...
When submit is clicked post the data to the next page.. I will create the checkout page in php myself, just send me the data...
The submit and total can be at the bottom OR in the event window see what looks good...
