Since I watched my first U.S. Supreme Court argument as a law student at Georgetown University Law Center, I have wanted to be an appellate attorney. I graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. During law school, my Note was published in the Georgetown Law Journal, entitled, “The Practical Necessity of Federal Intervention Versus the Ideal of Federalism: An Expansive View of Section 666 in the Prosecution of State and Local Corruption,” in July 2001 (89 Geo. L.J. 2393 (2001)).
Upon graduation, I clerked for an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following my clerkship, I joined a top-tier law firm in New Jersey and garnered a reputation as the “go to” person for appellate work. As a young associate, I had the unique distinction of successfully briefing and arguing an important land-use appeal
