Suppose when Company A take a loan from company B, In A you should record as Loan-Payable to company B, and B will treat this as Loan- Receivable from company A. When you say "inter company loan", do you mean a loan between two companies you own personally ie sister company, or, a loan made to the company by either yourself or a 3 rd party???

My experience of 24 years as Accountant and Administrator is un Plus, in a different business as manufactures, banking, and finance, services, etc. I worked in KPMG Vzla for seven years, as an auditor. You need to at least check your accounts to at least correct the criteria used by your accountant, the register that you propose would be done as a last resort, that is, I will first check in order to correct, not to make up the books, since My judgment tells me that the criterion to be used is to correct and not increase the problem.
