I have guardianship for my Mom, Cook county Illinois. There were accounting reports due 2019 and 2020, Once I was aware of this, I have submitted all required docs to the attorney that has handled the original guardianship from 2018. The attorney is having a hard time putting together the last form needed, The Annual accounting. I have sent an excel, pdf file of all bank accounts that are in the wards name, and the overview, I have tried to do the actual court sheet by the attorney telling me to do it. It does not appear after 4 court dates this can get done. Next court date, June 9th 2021.

There is no money in the ward assets other than property equity, but costs are 55% greater than income. And this process is too expensive for me to keep paying for.

What do I need:

1) Annual 2019 accounting page

2) Annual 2020 accounting page

3) Petition to remove current attorney

4) Petition to be allowed pro se

5) Petition to allow purchase of Mom's prepaid burial expense

6) Petition to transfer the current residence in my husbands and my name since for 6 years we have been paying the shortage on mortgage, medicine, insurance premiums, her homehealth care since March 2015.

Goal, if her assets are diminished to under $2,000., I can apply on her behalf for Medicaid and even get up to two weeks of home healthcare covered, so I can take a break.
