I need some help with to finance a new gambling hall. The gambling hall would be ubication in Sevilla, Spain. The most important is that in this zone hasn't got anything. Is a big zone with a lot residents, the majority of this residents are undergraduate and the zone is surrounded by a lot of branch university. Also the local is next to Benito Villamarin, Real Betis' stadium. In my opinion is a huge opportunity because the ubication is surrounded of univesitys like Maths, Physics, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science. It would be a good business because young people like this places. And i think that with a good publicity and promotions the inversion is very rentable and easy to recuperate early.
