I am looking for a qualified and experienced Virtual Assistant who is knowledgeable and skilled in both finance and Airbnb management. This individual should have experience in a related field, and must be able to use QBO, Airbnb, Excel, POWER POINT, make phone calls to the US, schedule appointments, etc as dictated by the project. The job duties for this role will require tasks related to general support + Airbnb management, such as onboarding and communicating with guests, recording payments, responding to inquiries, and conducting post-stay follow-up. Financial duties may include budgeting, cash flow statements, forecast reports, and other paperwork related to financial tracking and analysis. Ultimately, I need someone who is knowledgeable in these areas and can take ownership of the role. I expect the successful candidate to be present and responsive, have ambition and professionalism and pay attention to detail. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you! Hi there, I would like to express my interest in applying for Virtual Assistant. To be honest, I don't have experience with virtual assistant yet but I have been and Administrative Assistant for over 4 years in actual job environment. Here are some of my responsibilities: - Provides monthly operations review and monthly charts to update top management the monthly sales performance. - Responsible for allocation of stocks whenever a production problem occur such as shortage to maximize available stocks on hand. - In charge of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting. - Responsible for sales monitoring to ensure the achievement of sales target. - Provides information to management needed for decision making - Responsible for providing manager his/her presentation chart for management meetings Moreover, - Encoding of daily quarry transactions in excel - Taking accounts of all office expenses and revenue from quarry through encoding in excel all the entries. - Provide update and information to top management regarding personnel's concern. - Monitoring hauling trips and sales. I have little background of data entry and cold calling in freelancing since I have worked for a few projects for 3 months. Moreover, I am fast learner and I can adapt to change. I am also a member of Institute of Certified Bookkeeper but wasn't able to practice this and I am hoping to practice it with a company. I have worked with many people asking for the same assistance and not only completed all assigned task lists, but managed to create systems to ensure the future was easier on them!
