I have been working with ASP.Net ever since the first beta came out 17 years ago and have been working with SQL Server even longer than that. As I understand it, you simply need site membership setup. This is usually handled through ASP.Net's intrinsic Forms/Identity Authentication objects and I could easily integrate this into your site for you and recently came off of a large project, so I have time to start working on this immediately. Would strongly recommend to use asp.net membership. Though it is bit difficult to comment anything without check the application.
