Build a complete website

Need to design a website which has DB at back end. User - sign up and login sign up: sign up with user details. login: After login take to User page. Displays data saved by the user and link to Data page. Data page for get some data from user and store it in DB. Create unique ID for each data and give it to the user. Retrieve data: Any user can retrieve the data by entering the appropriate unique ID. No need to login or sign up for retrieving data using unique ID. Data Edit: Those data only modifiable by the same user and admin. Other users can view those data with the help of unique ID, but they can not edit other user's data. (only view) Home page - Retrieve data, sign up and login. Sign up page - Fields for getting user details. after sign up take to home with displaying confirmation message. User page - Displays previous data which saved by the user. Button or link to navigate Data page. Data page - Display fields to the user for entering data. Data Confirmation page - Display the unique ID along with whole data for that ID and display confirmation page. Contact page - Some fields to send message to admin. (Total 6 pages, No about us page, No separate login page, Admin also use same login process and only difference is admin will have access to modify any data) Another Major functionality is needed: Some client website also will pull those data by using the unique ID from their website. So I need some script for client which give access to our DB. They will use this script in their website and display unique ID text box and retrieve data button. This script should be simple like copy paste. Delivery: Website with 6 pages and script for client. This is fully focused on functionality. so this is light weight site like google and web designing will not take much process. color theme will be discussed later.
