Importing 3d model into VR

We are looking for someone who can do the following.
1. Import a pre-existing 3D Model (some assembly maybe required) In a SteamVr account.
(The model in question.)

2. Displayed a web site on the screen.
Example:

3. A button added to do UO or SBS for 3d movies.
4. Be able to change movie posters in the lobby from time to time.
I do know a tutorial that explains hoot do the process fairly clearly. At least the import part. If that will help. This uses blender to do perp the model for import:

It would be nice if you understand Source 2 Engine as it is used by SteamVR.
