Hi, I saw your pdf file and if the model is to be made of the pdf that you have given. I can do it for 30 Euro and in one day. I will also do any corrections if required at 4 Euro/hr rate. Any small corrections for the first 3 hours will not be charged. Only if some complex corrections are there then you need to pay additional, otherwise it will be covered in the 30 Euro that you pay for the work. So if corrections on the already made design is done for more than 3 hours you will be charged from the 4th hours onwards only. I can deliver the 3d printable file in stl or stp or obj format as you need. I can also give you 3d printable format in any other formats if you required it.
