Create a Metaverse Virtual World 3D Environment (Phase 1)

We are looking for a professional to create a 3D Metaverse/Land/environment. Applicants must be creative, and artistic, proficient in video animation, 3D animated environments and design, rendering, among other skills. I am unsure if this would be created in unity but can be discussed. -We want to create a concept metaverse so our audience can attend an event. -We want various buildings on the environment so we can develop/expand our vision further, ie open other buildings to the public. -The design/ environment must have 2 video overview/fly through of the world which lasts 30-45 seconds can be similar however in one of the we would like to be a map of the buildings which we will name. -We want still images from different angles of positions which may be missed or not stand out as much in the video. This will be phase one, phase 2 will be within the event arena which will be a different contract. We like the idea of this world floating in the air, and if it can be bright in colours to go with our theme. -I have attached some of the ideas we have or like below.
