Painting is the act of rubbing or applying primer, color, pigment, paint, or other medium to a hard, supporting surface. The paint is usually applied to the surface with a brush, though other tools like airbrushes, sponges, knives, etc. can also be used.
Painting can be supported by the following surfaces concrete, copper, leaf, pottery, lacquer, glass, wood, canvas, paper, and walls. Painting incorporates any of the following materials: gold leaf, plaster, paper, clay, sand, and other objects. Outside art, painting is also used as a common trade among builders and craftsmen.Najem Painters
We recently opened a furniture showroom in the LES of NYC. The space has several cinder block wall panels. We are interested in finding an artist with a street art background or skills to create graffiti style murals or collages on some of these wall panels. We would like to remain true to the Lower East Side and want the space to feel like we brought the LES into our showroom space. Some of the work, might be simply tagging some columns in the space, and some might be a collage of graffiti and worn posters. We are open to mixed media. We are open to any and all creative ideas and would like to find someone who could help create a plan as well as execute on that plan. I have attached some images from in the showroom to show the space. I have also attached a video of an inspiration.
So, I primed most of the "wood" in my 35' Class C motorhome. Well, the primer sat and ended up getting very cakey and now made this cabinet I just painted look like s**t. I need a professional to finish the priming, then use the finishing over that. As you can see, I suck at painting. But I tried! **Naples, FL area**
House is 5 years old, with good quality wallpaper. I would like to remove the wallpaper on three walls and repaint it to match the rest of the house. High-quality paint and multiple coats are required. Happy for the quote to be $ + Paint and I can cover the cost of paint on top. Wall 1 = 94cm x 270cm (H) Wall 2 = 335cm x 260cm (H) Wall 3 = 320cm x 260cm (H) Wall 4 Staircase = 670cm x Varied high from 260cm to 570cm (H) at the tallest point The toughest part is the staircase as I imagine this will require some sort of scaffolding for safety reasons. I have also attached a photo of the staircase (without wallpaper on it) to give you an understanding of the scale of the wall. Would like to book the job for Tuesday the 8th of March. Please provide a quote
