I am planning on designing a wearable BLE 5.2 product to be used in sports. It has to be as small as possible (using small battery) and be able to send exact position (at least 5hz) and allow calculating speed. What hardware would you suggest? What development environment? If convinced, I would hire the person to do most of the work himself instead of just assessing me.
