I'm in need of a skilled 2D artist to create engaging cartoon-style animatics. The project will involve: - Developing animations for Rhymes and storytelling purpose - Syncing these animations to a voiceover. You should have experience in producing 2D animations, ideally in a cartoon-style format, and be able to ensure proper syncing of animation to voiceover.
