This is a new Hispanic Magazine a needs freelancer with sales skills

I have an excel sheet with 15,000 names. I have a column named Segment. I would like to change any hispanic surnames to be flagged under Segment and change that segment to A. Anything that is not Hispanic Surnames to be segment B.

We contracted with a translation company to translate into Spanish a description of our church. They provided a PDF and say they cannot provide a Word document and still "certify" the accuracy of the translation. We need it in Word so that we can lay it out for digital publication to our Hispanic Congregation. Thank you.

The name should have a decent meaning (no bad words or rude words or slangs)in key languages like English and Greek to qualify. Technology-related will be much better and misspell will not qualify. need at least 6 for names for the project you must have good credentials to qualify (means you have done this and have good examples.)
