I have a very basic video upload script that I created. Currently when the video is uploaded, we tell the user success and then a cron job takes care of processing the video, creating a thumbnail using FFMPEG and then the user is alerted that their video is ready. I need to allow the users to choose a different thumbnail for their video if they wish. They should be able to choose from other frames of their video, and/or upload a custom thumbnail for their video, similar to on Youtube.

I want it to play with the same frame rate than the initial video. Therefore, I need an adaption of these lines to get the same frame rate than in the initial gif.
