I would like an app for phones to control inventory. The idea is each SKU will have an indepedent QR code. The employees would scan QR code then enter amount of movement in/out. The app will keep track of inventory both visually in the app but also able to send excel file to email. We would have 3 warehouses, 3 users, 20 fininished products and about 100 raw materials.

I am looking for a simple web app to be created which will allow a user to upload an excel, select and name the cells they would like to use (including series of columns and rows within a worksheet) and transform this into a dataset that can be exported as a CSV for ingesting into a database. There must also be functionality to save the cell selection as a template so that it can be re-used, and functionality to bulk import multiple files. Therefore user accounts/logins will also be required. The functionality is already fairly simple in Python, so I think the main work will be on the UI. I have attached a requirements document for more information and can provide examples for reviewing.
