We would like to renovate the bathroom. The room itself is narrow and long. We would like more space and instead of a bath, we want a shower. The entire apartment is white and combined with oak and LED lighting. We want a bright, fresh and minimalist bathroom. Renovating the bathroom would also replace the doors from the bathroom and the doors to other rooms in the hallway. I need architectural plans to get a homeowner renovation permit so I can finish two rooms in my basement. One room is laid out as a bedroom and is plumbed for a bathroom. The plans will be a bedroom, closet, and 3/4 bathroom. The second room is a large unfinished space that I would like to use as a gym. There will be two small closets and no ceiling.
