We want full website design with HTML5 and CSS3 for our website "Askopinion.com". Our theme is based on community based discussions where users can post their questions with predefined answers related to various issues and topics asking for opinions and polls from users and experts. You can refer "Sodahead(dot)com for inspiration. All the basic functionalities and internal pages of this site should be covered for designing our project.
To save time and energy Designer should submit wireframe design of Home page only. After the selection, contest winner must submit design of internal pages also before release of payment.

i would suggest to separate the project into 2 sub projects: web design and web programming: make a contest for a design among web designers and after selecting the best design, hire a good web developer to do the programming, otherwise you may end up with poor design or with poor programming. Plus, the project is NOT EVEN GUARANTEED?
