Navodila natečaja

I work for a streaming podcast show called GeekBeast that focuses on news about Geek Culture for people of color (blerds). This culture includes Comic, video games, tv/movies, tech, gadgets, and apps. We currently have 3 hosts: 2 black men and one woman of middle eastern descent. However these hosts switch out periodically with guest hosts.

We are currently looking for a t-shirt design to show off our brand. We would like to hire a freelancer to bring the design to life.
The winner of this competition will also be considered for other opportunities with the company.

Some of the ideas that we have thought about concerning the design include, but are not limited to the following.

1. A black geeky character transforming into a beast
2. Anime inspired character design
3. Characters inspired by people of color
4. Video game references

We have a few requirements that must be met for the competition.

All artwork files must meet these specifications:
sRGB
Transparent PNG
File size does not exceed 25MB
The dimension must be 4500px by 5400px

We have enclosed pictures of the 3 hosts and examples of content that we really enjoy. Please feel free to add your own creative spin but include the name GeekBeast.
