Prometheus was a Titan in Greek Mythology who stole fire from Mount Olympus and gave it to ManKind.

Promethean Marketing is proficient in planning, strategy, data, media buying and specializes in long term larger budgets. We stand apart in our intelligent approach and put client needs ahead of profitability. Growing by reputation rather than marketing our own brand. Our campaigns have consistently been highly effective over lengths of time. We want to convey a simple elegance and trust while simultaneously suggesting innovation and technology. Simplicity in logo is a must.

We cater to a more sophisticated clientele so a simple yet stylish logo is required.

The use of the word marketing should be minimized with the emphasis on Promethean. Leverage the language "rebelliously creative" and the theme of giving fire.

I am open to color schemes though preferred branding will incorporate the colors of Fire, and Black for contrast. I am no artist so I am open to professional expertise in this area, though I feel strongly that Black offers a better contrast than white.

Here is some text from our website, though we cater to a more professional and upscale clientele, we keep a modern and upbeat tone with our clients.

I will be vocal with edits and as responsive as time allows. As the contest develops I will make individual and overall edits to the project brief but wish to leverage YOUR creativity to create a solid brand to stand behind.

Following this project I will be commissioning a high quality very thick business card and potentially a single page website. So more work to follow.

I am proficient with google and searching by image, do not waste your time with clip art or plagiarism.

Time can be added as necessary. The winner will be the best design, as the goal is quality, we have no deadline.

    OK, I have narrowed down my favorites. Which were all based on those that followed the brief and did not submit "copy cat" art. I searched everything via google and tineye as well as looked at the template pages.

    I was looking for something VERY simple and professional. I got many involved logos and some that had great concepts but poor execution.

    I am going to re-review and ask select people for further clarification but when I award this project I am emphasizing that I am going for minimalist (simple) designs.

    Thank you all for your designs and hard work. (those of you that read the brief and worked hard, not those that threw something at the wall hoping it would stick)

    I am checking against copycat art. Submissions that are irrelevant or match the countless copy and paste sites will be immediately rejected no matter what background you put it against. All submissions should also include a standard background. Not just business cards or entry walls, letter head etc. thank you. This may be guaranteed but I will gladly pay for original hard work that is a little off than cheap copy and paste. Thanks all for your hard work so far.
