Hi attached is a sample dataset.

Need a sql query to automate (populate) the tenure field with Year 1, 2 ,3 or 4 according to the attending companies. Currently this field has dummy data to explain what should be next in record. For example when the Event, Company Name and Country fields are entered, the tenure field should look at these columns to then populate Year.

Event Country, Company and Company Country (the first three columns) are the combination that should be looked at to calculate.
