Dear contest holder,

The example you've provided is a 3D animated video, i don't think you'll get any considerable entries in that price range (it takes a lot of time and expertise). Rather you should go for 2D motion graphics with character animation and you'll get a better video.

Another thing is, provide a script to work on, its better to work on your script and then improve it upon your feedback rather than doing the same job twice.
