Bow thruster installation company seeking professional freelancer or team to take on SEO, Social media, and marketing project for company website to increase website traffic and sales. Our goal is to become the #1 bow thruster company nationwide (USA), and we're looking for the person to help make that possible. We provide sales and installations of bow thrusters, motors placed in the front or back of a boat used to move the vessel sideways. The right candidate will have a proven track record of success in using SEO to build brand awareness. Must possess the skills to research us and our competition and get us ahead. Social media marketing including regularly posting to accounts and increasing engagement of followers may also be part of this project.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Familiarization Google analytics
Experience with website optimization tools
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analyzing our website for areas that can be improved and optimized
Preparing detailed strategy reports about our site
Identifying the most powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
Running PPC campaigns but, hopefully just for a short time if the SEO is done right
Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
Filling our website and other content with effective keywords
Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
Developing link building strategies>
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine -guidelines
Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines

The awarded candidate will be paid, initially, based on search engine ranking of agreed upon keywords and targeted traffic to the website, and can receive bonus based on traffic conversion to leads (filling out a form for contact).”
After initial optimization, This Project will be awarded as a month to month contract and be solely based on results not effort.

Your rankings can only be boosted by text on your webste or social media presence, which a contestant does not have access to. What can be given, I think, is a plan for SEO that can get you results.
