Hello,

We would like to refresh our product package design.

The product is cube sugar made of beet sugar, it's been
in the Ukrainian retail market since 2005 and its design
hasn't changed for a long time.

The brand name is "SaharOK". The word "sahar" means
sugar in Russian, we used "saharok" for two things;
1. It sounds like little sweet cute baby sugar,
bringing kind of sympathy to it,
2. Sahar-OK sounds like sugar - okay too.

The packaging is done in 3 different weights with
3 different but similar designs; 250, 500 and 850 grams.

We would like the design to be touched up by an artist,
bringing a more contemporary look to it without creating
a feeling that this is a completely new product. So while
keeping similar colors in the design, the design elements
and fonts can be changed. We have the design only on the
face of the box and text on the sides but the design or
background can be extended to other faces of the box.

We need a talented artist for this job and we would like to
see your previous works before proceeding, kindly provide
links. It's not a must but knowing Ukrainian or Russian language
will be easier to apply the text on the design, but again
this is not a condition.

As deliverables, we need the complete source design files
and some 3D projections would be a nice addition.

Dear Friends,

Most of you sent very wonderful designs which we really struggled to decline but we had to choose one in the end.
Our decision is based on the fact that chosen design was built on top of our current design and the chosen designer
exactly did what we have requested in the job description; "We would like the design to be touched up by an artist,
bringing a more contemporary look to it without creating a feeling that this is a completely new product. So while
keeping similar colors in the design, the design elements and fonts can be changed. We have the design only on
the face of the box and text on the sides but the design or background can be extended to other faces of the box."
Of course we would like to do some more changes on the winning design but that's a good base to start.
I appreciate all the work you have done and posted, I wish I could pick them all..

  But we can't completely change
  the look of a well known brand in the market, that would create confusion on customers and would make us lose
  market share so I wish you could just stick with the initial requirements presented in the job description.
  But I can promise, soon we'll be opening new design contests and I would love to work with most of you there.
