A commercial real estate firm looking to rebrand its company with a new logos and color scheme. The company name is Sturges Property Group.

LOCATION: The firm is headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana and operates primarily within a 100 mile radius. Fort Wayne is located in northeast Indiana and has a population of approximately 370,000. NE Indiana has been excelling as a community led by significant projects with a focus on redevelopment of downtown Fort Wayne. For more information visit www.greaterfortwayneinc.com.

COMPANY: The parent company, Sturges Company, owns four companies all focused on commercial real estate, including Office, Industrial, Medical, and Retail properties as well as Investment sales. Sturges Property Group’s main focus is commercial real estate brokerage and property management for client that range from large real estate investment groups to small business owners. The clientele are located both locally in the NE Indiana region and across the United States and Canada. (Note: The three sister companies, Sturges Development Group, Maintenance Management, and Nexus Technology will be added to the scope of the rebrand after the SPG contest).
NOTE: WE DO NOT SELL HOUSES OR HANDLE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE.

Our company is viewed as the Leader in our community for commercial real estate. We are typically involved in many of the major projects that in our community and are known for being professional, having integrity, and being a leader in our community for over 40 years. Despite our firm being 43 years old the next generation of leaders are focused on being innovative, cutting-edge, and modern.

LOGO DETAILS: This logo should be conducive to large format signs (4 foot by 8 foot signs), large banners on buildings, websites, business cards, email signatures, etc.

COLORS: We do not currently have any specific colors, but Greens, Blues, Grays have been the focus thus far plus an accent color. That said we are open to most color options, except Red.

    We seem to NOT be liking ones that are JUST our initials (SPG) or a simply a monogram of the initials. Working the initials into a more abstract design is better, or no initials at all.

"liberty > landmark" or "landmark > liberty"? In the description you said that you don't sell houses or handle residential real estate then what do you do? I'm confused.
