I need a custom packaging design for a foot orthotics box. I do not need a logo, I am needing a package box design. This will be going on Retail shelves and sold on Amazon. I will upload pictures of the box, logo, some pictures of the product and some verbage I want used on the box. Please reach out to me with any questions or guidance. The style of box is the orange box near the bottom. There will be two different styles with two different names. You can keep most of the design just change color and name at the top.

The brand is The Orthotic Experts. The line of foot orthotics are the Ortho-Comfort (orange) and Ortho-Slim (green).

I envision a matt black background (clean, simplistic, modern look) with the hexagon design incorporated on the box against the black (can make large or small pattern on the box).

On the front of the box I want logo probably at top. Followed by Ortho-Comfort (or ortho slim depending on color) with a picture of the FOs in the middle. or middle left. For all day support and max comfort.

To the right of the picture I want: Professional Grade foot orthotics ; Clinician Designed;
- Recommended for: Plantar fasciitis
- Foot Leg and Back pain
-flat feet
- overpronation
- Arch pain
- Tired achy feet

I will attach a size chart which I want on the left side

On Right side I want disclaimer: These insoles are not intended for people with circulatory disease, nerve disease, severe foot deformities or any disease which may result in foot ulcers or infections on the feet. As with any medical device, consult with a medical professional if you are unsure if these insoles are appropriate for you.

I am getting an exploded view of the orthotic with lines describing each layer of the foot orthotic.

SIze chart needing on the box: All sizes in US Men's/womans shoe size
A. Women's 9-9.5; Men's 8-8.5
B. Women's 10-10.5; Men's 9-9.5
C. Women's 11-11.5; Men's 10-10.5
D. Women's 12-12.5; Men's 11-11.5
E. Women's 13-14; Men's 12-12.5
F. Women's 14-15; Men's 13-14
