We are a kitchens and millwork company, and we are looking to have a look book done for our clients to browse through. I have attached sample photos (Sample 1-Sample 9) of spreads that we like as inspiration.
The colour scheme would be a balance of a dark charcoal grey (Hex: 232323) and white with the DARK CHARCOAL as being the dominant colour on the page.
The picture titled "Sample 10" has a filter that we would like applied to all the pictures as follows:

-Kitchen1-before2
We also would like our 2D drawings implemented in the design (Rhill kitchen 1.1, Rhill kitchen 1.2, Rhill kitchen 1.3).
