This is a competition for the best logo / trading name design for a new sole legal practice to trade as “PT Property Law”.

The winning design should:

• Reflect a modern, efficient legal practice that delivers premium, clear and practical work and is customer experience focused, accessible and cost-effective.

• Include three versions - (1) a combined logo with trading name, (2) a standalone logo without any trading name, and (3) a standalone trading name without any logo.

• Use vector graphics, to enable enlargement without pixilation.

The winner will need to provide the names of the font(s) and colour(s) used in the design, for consistency with any future work.

BACKGROUND ABOUT THE BUSINESS

PT Property Law will provide commercial law services, specialising in property law (including leasing, land transactions, strata law and securities law).

As a modern practice, it will aim to provide straightforward, practical advice and premium, efficient legal service, at more competitive prices. It will do so by operating primarily online to keep overheads to a minimum, without sacrificing service quality. This quality is backed by the principal’s over 10 years local experience in property and commercial law (at large, medium and small firms).

The principal is client experience focused, and provides understandable advice with personable service. Though operating mainly online, he will remain directly accessible including in person and by video call.
