We are in need of a logo icon for our festival. This is a Lunar New Year festival so we are looking for a logo icon that fits the following criteria:

1. The logo must be provided in .PNG & .PSD format.
2. The logo provides the following vibes: happy, festive and culturally appropriate for Asians.
3. The logo is the for the year of the Rat.
4. The logo should have the main color of red, the second color can be good with yellow or white. This is not a must. Just a suggestion.
5. DO NOT post logo on mock-up. Keep it plain.
6. Keep in mind that this is a logo icon for a festival.
