  Cant believe these logos got 5 stars, #431 is hell of a job but lacked the idea, twin and pinky had the same idea but twin used a better font...i really couldn't understand this simple thing omg why i am so stupid :D

     Actually i didn't understand what he really wanted nor i was interested, just submitted in last hour but it was sci-fi design like most modern games starcraft and cod..i guess he wanted something simple emblem type logo..hmm lets see

  Hi all,
  
  I awarded the prize today. I had 8 very good designs, liked them all from 4 very good designers. It was tough to choose... at the end, it came down to just the 'feeling' that I got from the logo - obviously very personal.
  
  I wanted to do an 'unsealed' contest, but since this was my first one, I didn't quite know what that meant :(
  
  So I may run the contest again; if I do, I hope you will all resubmit and build upon the ideas from others.
  
  Thanks everybody for contributing, I saw many great pieces of work during this contest.
  
  Look for a lot of other work I will be posting.

     Yes, there is only a few hours left, and I'm rejecting those (even very good ones) that aren't close to the style/theme I'm looking for. In other words, the entry may be fantastic, but just doesn't fit the theme enough where variations of the theme would make it. I don't want to waste people's time - I'd rather them do a completely fresh design or not submit.
     
     I'd definitely do an unsealed contest next time...

  Contest Update: Almost 1 hour to go. I am going to have a 10 minute dinner then come back and give out 5 star ratings to the final contenders. Of course, you can still submit up to the final seconds. :) Some have mentioned I can unseal after the contest, I will do so if there is an option. But I rejected a lot of the earlier ones already, so you may not see much :D I will reconsider them.
