Legacy Giving Fund. The legacy giving fund is a private equity fund that is different than any other fund out there. We have found that there are so many people who have wealth and want to give. Typically these people will take their interest and then become confused as to where to put the proceeds. Almost always, there is no measurement available to the donors to know the effectiveness of their gift. Sometimes the donors want to participate with their family in the endevour but are not sure how to do that. The Legacy Giving Fund allows the investor to dial in a percentage of interest they want returned to them on an annual basis. The balance of the growth from their investment will be deposited into an account that will allow them to have better access to projects (charitable projects and entities) where they can participate in the actual project themselves. It also will give them measurement of how many people benefited from their donation. The legacy giving fund has two parts to it: 1) the investment which drives return, 2) the conduit to charities that will bring meaningful value to their charitable desires.
The investments that will be made typically generate a 12-14% return. The returns are stable and secure.
