  Just to clarify, I am not looking for a new logo or brand. Just an illustration. You might want to think about the 'tree' on my logo, see the website.

     My initial thoughts are that I would like to have a drawing or a cartoon of a spiders web connecting women across business, the spiders web should go across business sticking to women and should also go down through businesses so you can see it sticking to women below the main layer.... I DONT SEE THE TREE in your requirements
