I need a logo from the provided concept

i need layered version on the logo on 300 dpi (so made sure you will do it in photoshop), i need core file too and the fonts you use while creating logo

The normal logo would be : 280x90, i need this in HQ with atleast : 1120 x 360 size (Logo should have transparency, i mean like you can use background but it should be separate layer)

The rough idea of the logo is attached, we need a very polished version of the logo (eliminate the frame please)

Combination of colors:(Primary/ Secondary)
1. Blue/Orange
2. Black Silver
3. Any combination you like
