We are a small real estate firm and are looking to on board new sales people. I need someone to put together a well formatted on boarding brochure [multiple pages] that our new sales people can work though either printed out or e-verssion. We will provide you the bulk of the content and you need to format it, add some content, use our logos and colours and put together the on boarding document.
I have added some samples as a guide only.

The brochure should include a minimum of 2 parts.

The first section includes a series of headings with a couple of paragraphs under each. the new team member should be able to tick it off.

The second section should have 3 large coulombs across the page. These will be practical learning tasks. Columns: Skill, Goal and Who. In the who column with should also have a symbol of time showing the number of hours needed to complete this practical learning task.

We will supply the content to the successful applicant. The total brochure can not be more than 8 pages.
