need to connect the areas of my tattoo in the attached images. the image labeled "area" has red lines that I want the design to be inside of that area.

My thoughts on the design:

I would like it to maybe have the blue and green lines continue to sort of meet with a skeleton of a fish in the middle. The more white in the design the better as it's less tattoo work on a sensitive part of my arm. There's not a lot of room there so the less small details the better.

I have attached a video of the whole tatto so you can see the theme. The theme is gratefuld dead type. like these images:
