I am terrible at graphic design, so I thought I would turn here. I am writing a dystopian Science Fiction e-book which I'm looking to get a cover for.

Title: The Jasmine In My Mind

Author: Christopher Hollinshead

Plot Summary: After the Great Collapse, the United Kingdom has been in a state of disrepair, with tremendous industrial and infrastructural collapse came immense displeasure and misery on the part of the populace. The government, alongside the Universal Health Care Service came up with a quick fix solution. A drug, which would change the perceptions of reality of any and all who took it. Creating wild and euphoric visions that would protect them from the true state that their country lay in. It has been decades since the introduction of the drug and populist Prime Minister Sidney Hayes comes to the nation with a message of hope for the future, a robotic future that will see the rebuilding of the nation and a final goodbye to the drug that the nation relied on to survive.

Thaniel Kade is a lower level government worker, assigned to his desk at the Department of Relocation in London with the task of introducing his latest assignment, Miss Seren Keli to the city, where she will be kept under surveillance until she is deemed fit to rejoin society.

What Thaniel is unaware of is just how much trouble his latest assignment will be, after a chaotic escape from capture, Thaniel tasks himself with bringing Seren back alive before the private guards get a hold of her. In his efforts to capture her he encounters a small group of rebels, The Woodstock Society, who have tasked themselves with being a thorn in the government's side by "waking up" the populace of the nation and showing them what Prime Minister Hayes is really doing. Thaniel is dragged into this war on drugs and politics, testing his faith in his government, his country and the very reality he lives in.

Name of the drug: Smil-a-min

Effects of the drug: Mind altering hallucinations, with an extreme sense of euphoria and joy, almost all who take the drug are walking around with dreamy smiles upon their faces. Extended periods without the drug can cause painful migraines, nausea, anxiety and depression.

So why "Jasmine"?: One of the effects of the drug while it alters your perception is the scent of Jasmine that runs through the nostrils once the drug is administered.

Cover concept: I am very much into the idea of using psychedelic style art for the cover, as the mind altering drug is inspired by LSD and is a theme throughout the story, also the colours of Jasmine flowers (White, yellow,, purple,green if you count the stalks) are my initial ideas for a colour scheme. I am pretty much open to anything though and have provided some images to use as reference for the style I am looking for.
