I'm the editor for a journal called swedish design research journal.

I want help to look in databases for suitable images for the cover. (you don't need to purchase the image - we do, just to find a good one). The cover should relate to the theme of the current issue and the theme of the journal itself.

Theme of the journal: design / design research. (Rather user focused design processes for innovation, than graphical design)
Theme of the issue: complexity (more complex networks of people and companies, new technology) and design

    Please look at the previous issue for some style. It does not have to be the same exact style, but I do not want more entries of the kind "people around a desk".

    And yes - if I find a winner, you will be paid (although the journal is small, with a not great budget, it is funded by a Swedish governement agency and I won't trick anybody). The journal will be published online next week at www.svid.se and then sent to print, so it will be visible to everybody what image I chose.

    At this point I found no workable entry here. I am not a graphical designer myself, so I was hoping for some creativity.

    CH is too lazy to go through the database and once he sees entries that suit the cover, he will abandon this contest. Wanna bet??

      I have been looking A LOT in databases myself, and was looking to get someone with a good eye for this. The only thing I have got is people at desks... I am not sure why everybody assume I want that.

    Please not too futuristic with screens floating in the air etc! More humanistic.
