I'd like all original artwork please, in the style of a political cartoon.

I'd like a blue background because this is set in the ocean, so maybe a few fish swimming too. Then I'd like President Trump swimming deep underwater in a wet suit, but I'd like him to not be carrying an oxygen tank or wearing a mask. Instead I'd like him to be wearing a snorkel. His orange hair should be visible since he's not wearing a helmet or mask. Then I'd like him to be holding a rope, and that rope is attached to a large submarine that he's pulling. I'd the like there to be plenty of background blue space so I can add the words myself.

Please don't make him look fat, just averaged sized.
