I would like a design for a T-shirt (round neck)

I am a medical doctor who promotes healthy eating and I want a simple, fun and but clear shirt design with the following words

In the FRONT

Dr. Kasenene (I have attached the logo)

Eat Your Way to Wellness

At the Back

Be Smart. Live Healthy

#BeSmartLiveHealthy

Please note
1. The fonts can be simple or creative but must be very easy to read
2. I would like to see the same design on various backgrounds (Navy blue, White and Grey)
3. I want something creative, simple but nice
4. I am open to the use of anything that may make it more interesting including icons and anything like forks or knives or anything. But it must be easy to read and not too abstract.
5. The words should be able to be read from a distance.

Please note this is a 7 day contest and I will provide some general feedback after 3 days to provide more guidance in case I want to provide better feedback and direction so that
