The City of Sydney plans to retire their mayoral chains and seek a new design that reflects "today's values and standards in the city of Sydney".

In this contest I would like you to design a parody coat of arms for the chains to reflect how the city is run today. Some ideas to inspire you:

* Closed venues and tumbleweeds blowing in the streets, driven by government regulation so entertainment areas can be turned into apartment blocks by greedy property developers, and that the nightlife in instead sent to the casino.

* The highest usage of sniffer dogs in the world, and a 277x increase strip searches. Searches that can happen on an afternoon on the way home from work.
