I have recently gutted my 63" x 103" NYC bathroom and need a clever design for the remodel. I removed everything to the stud and joist and will like a complete design from a talented designer.

My criteria is a custom shower, a wall hung vanity and floor mounted toilet. All fixtures must share the wet wall along the 103" length. Design must include full height tiling/stone work, lighting and accessories.

Tile colors, fixtures and accessories are to be middle of the road in price. Best initial design gets project. Include 3 revisions in bid.

Sir in the images, i can see in the plumbing layout that the nearest sewer line near the entry is the water closet/toilet instead of the lavatory. Should I follow that plumbing layout? toilet, lavatory,shower or the typical lavatory, toilet, shower?
