Need to redesign the attached screen. The design should include both tablet and phone. The tablet screen should be a separate design and utilize the available extra screen space. The color, text and etc should match the existing attached screen. You need to provide all the original files including font, images and etc with PSD or other original file when awarded.

Changes Needed:
- Option for duration of each medicine.
- Option for other related advice for each medicine.
- User should be able to select and add more option than just morning, afternoon and evening for each medication.
- Option to SAVE as a template.
- Option for other related advice for whole prescription ( all the medicine).
- Option for duration of whole prescription .
